Postby coolhand » Thu 28. Apr 2016, 02:56

Hi folks ..I was fortunate enough to to grad few samples of 3600c15 G.Skills ,figured might as well share the results while doing it2

Total :3x /F4-3600C15-8GVK
1x/F4-3600C15D-16GTZ

Hardware : i7 6700K
ASRock Mocf
Seasonic 1250
32 bit OS
Bios: default CPU/3700 single side B-die pre-set

Procedure:
3866 single bin
booting with both installed then bumping bclk in OS

Image

First kit of Ripjaws (with mellow third's this are not to bad ) 6 4 combo is hard/1.91v real

Image

Second kit: fail 3866 specs up to 1.9v in bios

Third kit:one dead module

Here is TZ kit ..typical B-die this days ../rejects -each single module did 2000 tight but tandem fail to go north of 3866

So not really better than any other bins, I guess.

I'm going to try one more thing ,one of the Rips might be a keeper but c15 kits look like another B- with a fancy XMP that's about it

1.90V BIOS = 1.97-1.98V real is close to what other Trident bins are averaging for 2000 12-12-12 these days.

Not so promising results , they certainly don't make up for the hype that XMP creates....

Anyway,i propose we should create a list of all good sticks with week number and IC week, from the data i collected so far by my own testing and other people's results seems early IC weeks like 535-540 are the best for running 2000+ C12+Wazza while TRCD+TRP seem its only IC -dependant and not production date....
